WASHINGTON, August 23, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The CFP Board Center for Financial Planning (“Center”) and Mission Wealth Management, LP today announced the launch of Mission Wealth Scholars, a scholarship program that aims to advance the profession of financial planning by providing financial assistance to individuals suing Call for Proposals® certification who come from underrepresented populations in the profession.
The scholarship will award up to $5,000 per student wishing to take the financial planning education courses in a registered CFP Board program, whether at the undergraduate or certificate level.
Eligible scholarship applicants must be U.S. residents and enrolled in a CFP Board-registered undergraduate or certificate-level program at a college or university located in either country.
