The top 40 regional brokers under 40 generate $87.3 million in collective annual revenue at an average of $2.2 million per rep over the last 12 months of production while managing $15.3 billion in revenue. client assets. Compared with to last year’s group of the best young regional brokers, production in the class fell slightly by $88 million and client assets remained stable at $15 billion.
The financial advisors earning a place in the 2022 edition of the ranking come from six different firms: Ameriprise, Raymond James, RBC, William Blair, Janney Montgomery Scott and Baird.
Among regional companies, Ameriprise leads with 15 brokers in this year’s list, with Raymond James & Associates in second with eight and RBC in third with seven representatives.

A note on the methodology: The nominees for the ranking were 39 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2021 and were registered with a wealth management company in the employee channel. FP uses production totals that are verified by each broker’s employer to determine rankings. Last 12 months production and AUM are as of September 31, 2021.
